Our farm follows two step drying process.

Solar Powered Cold Room For Drying Our cold drying rooms are AI-driven, making them smarter, more efficient, and cost-effective for farmers and businesses. They ensure real-time monitoring, energy savings, and optimized crop preservation, all while being eco-friendly and solar-powered. Our cold rooms use thermal energy storage (TES) technology instead of conventional refrigeration systems which rely on harmful synthetic refrigerants. In other words, there are NO Harmful Refrigerants in Our Cold drying process.

We use cold drying method first, followed by heat drying which has several advantages


1. Enhanced Umami Flavor -Cold drying allows the mushrooms to slowly lose moisture while developing deep, rich umami flavors. -Heat drying afterward intensifies these flavors, making the mushrooms more aromatic and savory.
2. Increased Vitamin D Content -Cold drying helps convert ergosterol in mushrooms to vitamin D2. -Heat drying further enhances the bioavailability of vitamin D, making it more beneficial for health.
3. Better Nutrient Retention -Cold drying preserves delicate antioxidants and bioactive compounds that may degrade under high heat. -The final heat drying step removes any remaining moisture without excessive nutrient loss.
4. Improved Texture and Rehydration Quality -Cold drying maintains the mushroom's structure, preventing shrinkage and making them easier to rehydrate. -Heat drying at a controlled temperature ensures proper crispness and longevity without making them too brittle.
5. Longer Shelf Life -The two-step process removes moisture more efficiently, reducing the risk of mold and spoilage. -Proper drying helps prevent microbial growth, extending storage time without preservatives.
